The Retirement Housing Council (RHC) is comprised of retirement housing owners/operators and key business partners, who maintain the highest standard of quality service to seniors in the State of Florida.

The Council provides a forum to enhance our unity, sharing and ongoing education about new opportunities to further improve our operations and service.

• Promoting a greater sense of unity within the retirement housing industry of Florida and the nation;
• Enhancing the professional expertise of retirement housing management;
• Developing a greater public awareness of retirement housing services;
• Providing a forum to which government can address it's legitimate concerns about retirement housing;
• Directing the growth of retirement housing for the mutual benefit of the residents and industry;
• Establishing a standard of conduct for the retirement housing industry.
• Maintaining high standards of service and administration of retirement housing facilities in the State of Florida and the nation;
• Working for the mutual benefit of residents and administrators, to secure and merit public and official recognition and approval of the work in such facilities;
• Adopting programs of education; studying and encouraging sound legislation for the welfare of such facilities, for the protection of the professional and opposing laws and regulations being unjust and detrimental to the same; and serving as an organization to represent the membership of the Council in the State of Florida and the rest of the United States.
